Located in a residential area of Mexico City called Polanco, this four-story building has three apartments organized around three gardens. The street setback creates the first garden, where public activities take place. The backyard area is private, looking out to a garden of ferns and a beautiful tree. The central garden gives way to an indoor view, a space to bring in light and walk freely around the apartment. To hide the view from the street, we created different triangular cuts along the three levels, providing double heights to the indoor space structured on the upper or lower floors, and sometimes going into another apartment. The distribution of the project groups the service areas along the sides of the backyard.
