With the cooperation of Michel Rojkind we designed this building in Miami, Florida. After a year of work, the strong shift in the real state market made the building unfeasible. The lot is located at a corner of Biscayne Boulevard, near the New Design District. This area is growing rapidly welcoming new public infrastructure. Qi is a Mexican company dedicated to body fitness; their commercial strategy is focused on the idea of lightness and wellbeing. This is their first project abroad and it is meant to be an icon for their brand, and a landmark to the city of Miami. The project brings together a series of activities related to their commercial aims. The tower structured around a central core offers free-standing floor grounds to be leased as office flats or studios.
