This modular building combines social-housing units of 60 and 90 sq. meters, as well as middle-income apartments of 120 and 150 sq. meters. The building mass is offset from the lot limits. A setback allows all service areas to have natural light and ventilation. Public and private areas in all apartments look out to a garden or to the front of the lot with a river and a graveyard full of cypresses. With this strategy we have achieved the highest density and the largest possible garden and public areas. The apartments face a landscape that we can control and give their back to the limits of the lot with other multi-housing projects that have no aesthetic interest and which would invade the privacy of this compound.
